What has changed the most since you arrived?

I am not the miserable woman who first joined Amani. I joined Amani after fleeing my country, becoming a refugee in Kenya, and losing my husband. Then I got sick right after my husband’s death, and this made my children think they were going to be orphans. All these things led me to be extremely discouraged. But, through daily prayers and devotions, and support both financially and emotionally, I received much encouragement from the Amani family. I knew that the Lord had brought me to the right place.
