Meet a Few of Amani Kenya’s New Trainees

It is always a joy for us at Amani to welcome new women to our work, our centers, and our family. Their involvement with Amani will equip them with new skills, bring them into a supportive community, and provide a stable source of income.

Every woman arrives at Amani with different needs and hopes. Some are full of giddy excitement at new possibilities. Others are more tentative, they are not yet sure what to make of Amani or they find the task of learning how to sew quite challenging. Regardless of their expectations, it is a learning experience for all of them. We asked a few of our new trainees to share about themselves and what they hope to gain from their time with Amani.
